Lucy Raymond has over 47 years’ experience in London Market. Working in Broking houses such as C.E Heath plc, Citicorp Group London and others, serving clients and markets throughout Latin America. Her main role, for a number of years was as a Business Producer for the whole Latin America. She developed business entirely alone in Central America and Dominican Republic for companies she worked for in 1981. Additionally, she did broking at Lloyds, European and Asian Markets.

On 1st May 2017, she opened her private owned managing agency, Worldwide Technical Solution (WTS Underwriting) with a capacity given by Royal Sun Alliance (RSA) and GLISE (MUNICH RE) for worldwide business for All Material Damage, Machinery Breakdown and Business Interruption excluding USA, Canada and Dominican and Republic. The capacity of the underwriting agency is $15 million.

Furthermore, Lucy created in 2024 LARANDSONS Holdings Limited to fill a gap for many of those professional with impeccable reputation and wealth of experience in the market such as reinsurance treaties and etc, who want to create their company. This umbrella companies will be reporting and be supervised by the compliance officers and all their administrative work and supervision will be under LARANDSONS Holdings control.

Gonzalo is an Underwriter with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering with knowledge in Business and Administration. Gonzalo has been involved in broking, finance and administration.

Gloria is one of our Underwriters. Gloria has a degree in History and a master’s in English Didactics. Gloria has experience in different aspects of the business, including administration and broking. She has completed her CII Certificate.

Abbie has worked with WTS for 8 years in our Finance Department. She joined us as a Finance Trainee. Abbie is currently the Manager and in charge of Finances in every aspect including accounting, bordereaux and finance systems.

Alberto is our Assistant Underwriter. Alberto is an experienced professional with a BSC in Actuarial Science and MSc in Statistics. He has a robust background in Finance, having worked in both Mexico and the UK. He also has experience in Claims handling.
