Our Team

Lucy Raymond has over 40 years’ experience in London Market broking houses including London Specialist Risks, PWS London, Nelson Hurst Group London, Citicorp Group London and C.E Heath plc, serving clients and markets throughout Latin America, Africa and Australasia.

Lucy is the founder and owner of both Lucy A. Raymond & Sons Ltd., and Worldwide Technical Solutions Ltd (WTS Underwriting).

Angelica Villavicencio is Head of Underwriting at WTS. Angelica has a BSc Hons in International Studies and has over 10 years’ experience in Property Reinsurance business, both in London and in Mexico. Angelica has handled all aspects of the business chain including broking, administration, claims and underwriting.

Gloria is our Underwriting Assistant. Gloria has a degree in History and a master’s in English Didactics. Gloria has experience in different aspects of the business, including administration and broking. She has completed her CII Certificate

Abbie has worked with WTS for 5 years in our Finance Department. She joined us as a Finance Assistant and now manages the accounting, bordereaux and finance systems.

Melissa is our Compliance Officer. She has a degree in Law, as well a Master’s in Economic Law and an MSc in Regulation. Melissa has been a Compliance Officer in the Reinsurance sector for the last few years.
